The hotel offered a classy ambiance, with clean grounds and well-maintained stables. While the room was clean, it lacked a microwave was good. Despite the friendly service, some staff members were a bit dry. The art throughout the hotel added to its beauty, though activities on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were sparse.

Every staff member is helpful and strives to meet your needs. The hotel has a remote location in the middle of jackson. The bets part that it's just off church and the Yellow Pony restaurant and the Italian resturant.

I had requested a birthday card for my daughter, which unfortunately wasn't in the room upon our arrival. It was like a small oversight that would have made her birthday special. Dining at the pool was pleasant, but the salad served was past its prime. A heads-up about the pool location during check-in would have been helpful too. Despite these hiccups, the overall environment was enjoyable, and the staff kept us informed about events via text, a nice touch.
